This week we got the chance to talk to the hot new artist FLorencxe Villa out of Orlando, Florida. We asked the twenty nine year old how he started making music back in 2019, to which he responded that he “started with the love of freestyling in the garage with the homies. Writing rhymes and performing with small groups.” He then went on to say that it really came down to just “growing my passion over the years.”. This natural introduction into making music gives FLorencxe a great connection with what became his passion, we think this will serve well to his authenticity during his career. We also got the chance to ask FLorencxe “what was your reason for starting music”, to which he stated that “the love of influence and unity that music brings” and how it is his “therapy for his sanity.”. FLorencxe seems to have his head pointed in the right direction with following his passions and his desire to bring people together. The creative process is something that is also very important in defining a new artist, so we had to ask FLorencxe about his. FLorencxe stated that “the beat always dictates my mood when writing. From humming it out, finding the words to perform, then executing at my home studio.”. This is a very straight forward artist that we have seen many heavy hitters in the industry come up on, so the sky’s the limit for what FLorencxe Villa will be able to accomplish with it.
FLorencxe Villa shared with us that his favorite part about being an artist is “the creation and exploration of an idea or a vision.”. This answer explained itself when he went on to state that his biggest inspirations come from the 90’s. “From Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Chilli Peppers and to modern artists like The Neighborhood and Arctic Monkeys.”. With inspiration coming from people who revolutionized their own genres of music, we can say with confidence that FLorencxe Villa has the right mindset to make serious waves in the game. We also went on to ask FLorencxe Villa where he sees himself in five years, to which he confidently said “performing at some of the biggest festivals in the world.”. We think that the ability to self manifest that FLorencxe Villa holds is very important in becoming a game changing artist, and it will vastly benefit him.
