he Boy King Lapri is next up out of Pennsylvania! The 21 year old first started making music at the young age of 7 and has been rising to the top ever since. King Lapri started out by playing guitar before getting into producing and rapping. We got the chance to catch up with King Lapri earlier this week and decided to ask him “What was your reason for starting in music?” He said this. “The creative freedom, and power of influence.” With King Lapri starting in music very young it ensures that he is in the game for the right reasons. The money and fame come second to him as creating an impact on the culture through music comes first. Everybody from all walks of life has someone or something that inspires them. This is why we asked King Lapri ``Who are some of your biggest inspirations?” He responded with this. “Tupac, Jimi Hendrix, Prince, Cash Money, Jay-Z”. You can see different elements from all of these artists prevalent in King Lapris music. It is always good to know the background of what inspires or meshes together great music! We, like everybody else, do not know what the future holds but we do know that it is important to have a plan sketched out so that you know if you are reaching your goals or not. So we asked King Lapri “Where do you see yourself in 5 years?” He said this. “Signed With Rap King Entertainment Imprint signing my own artists after establishing myself more.” We thought that this was a great goal to have. It is now easier than ever for an artist to grow independently in 2022 so staying and signing artists to his own label is a great route for King Lapri. To this date King Lapri has over 100 thousand streams across the internet, His most recent song titled “DollaFoDolla (Remix) Ft. Yo Gotti” is available on all platforms and is a great listen! To end off the article King Lapri had one last thing to say to his fans or anybody else reading, Saying this! “I’d like people to know that though I’m aware and a part of the current culture, I’m an aware and conscious creative. A trend setter with a culture of my own I will put on the map and establish. I will awaken minds and lead.”
