The hot new artist World the Wanderer out of Philadelphia is up next. The 29-year-old was not always a musician. World has deep seeded roots as a local barber in Philadelphia. We got the chance to talk to him earlier this week and asked him “How he started making music” to which he responded that “An older client came into his barber shop one day critiquing the music he had on aux. So, I told him to take the aux. So, he turned on some artist he liked.” World then added that he thought the music was “corny and stated that he could do that”. The client then said, “well do it, if you think it’s so easy.” World “booked a session the following week and has been writing music ever since”. We think that Worlds ability to spring into action at the call of a challenge is remarkable and will serve him well in this industry. With a clear ambition to prove everyone wrong, no challenge put in front of World will take him down.

World found inspiration for his music through the likes of “Project Pat, Young Thug, The Dream, and Kanye west”. With great inspiration coming from a variety of major artists World will be able to change the game creating his own unique footprint in the industry.

One of Worlds biggest passions is traveling. He stated that he has been to “34 countries and counting”. This grounds him with millions of different types of people across the world, and it will give him the ability to reach out to multitudes. World is no stranger to success, as he shared with us his experience as a collegiate track runner where he placed “first in the nation NCAA DII” in 2019. Keep an eye out for World as he aspires to skyrocket to the top of the industry.
